The battle for the minds of men,
tells us that in this realm of thought, logic, and reasoning, two powerful beings attend.
It depends on who you choose of these beings to rule your conscious and be your guide.
There is no middle ground to stand on and there is no place to hide.
There are two beings, one for good and the other for evil that exists.
I choose God over Satan every day and will continually persist,
And I believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life to keep us from being enslaved.
God sent His Son into the world not to condemn, but through Him, the world might be saved.
This enslavement deals with the mind because what enters the mind could relieve or deceive.
The Bible gives us that way to control our thoughts and to keep our minds pure and to believe
That God is true to His word and we must trust in Him till Jesus comes again.
Jesus Christ is the Rose of Sharon, The Lily of the Valley, and a True Friend.
The other side of this is the devil, satan, murderer, the father of lies,
God the Father has faithful Children, and Satan, the devil has nothing but spies,
That does his evil works but God's children will at every opportunity seek to do good deeds,
The children of devil focus on deceitfulness but God’s children study the Bible and in daily reads,
We as followers of Jesus, deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow the one who saved us.
We do not put our faith in riches, material things, or self-indulgence but In God, we put our trust.
I read this, Be not conformed to this world, but be ye transforming by the renewing of our mind,
That ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God, is where we will find,
The joy and peace of God can outshine any dark deed of Satan, which the scriptures teach,
Praise God for men who stand on the promises of God and from the pulpit they preach,
The unsearchable riches of God and Jesus Christ fulfilled the law and was crucified.
How that for the sins of the whole world, my Lord and Savior gave up the ghost and died.
We commemorate his death, burial, and resurrection every Sunday not once a year.
What a Friend we have in Jesus, All our sins and griefs to bear,
What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer.
